Now the popular Standard Halfcut is available in ultra light high performance Carbon Construction, consisting of a one piece outer carbon layer combined with inner layers of Kevlar and fiberglass, combined with the EPP liner, drop liner and 2010 HOG Lock retention system. Unlike more expensive brands which only put carbon where you can see, the entire shell is made of a one piece carbon layer, without seams, wrinkles or pleats to make the carbon fit into the mold.  This achieves a lighter, stronger laminate.
